Justice? What Justice?

Recently I told you how the new British Government will soon be required by their masters in Brussels to accept a new law which will give foreign police the power to require our police to investigate our own people for crimes that may not even be a crime in this country. The person who is the subject of that investigation can then be extradited, placed on trial and ultimately be imprisoned – and all the while the English justice system will be powerless to intervene. It will even be possible for police officers from another EU country, to travel to England, arrest you and take you back to wherever. Some people didn’t believe me, said I was lying and even called me a racist and said I was 'scaremongering' for reporting this!

Consider then, the case of Gary Mann. He’s a big guy; he has a shaved head and worst of all he’s English. Naturally then it stands to reason that Gary Mann is a thug and a hooligan and deserves to spend 2 years in jail in Portugal. But what are the facts. It is clear that Mr. Mann was in Portugal at the time of the European Championships in 2004 but what is in dispute is whether he was involved in the rioting that took place in the Algarve resort of Albufeira. According to Mr. Mann he was nowhere near where the problems were taking place and did not know that they had even occurred until after he was arrested. English fans were literally running riot whilst he was enjoying a quiet drink some miles away and with witnesses to prove it. At 4am he left the bar and was immediately pounced upon by two Portuguese policemen who reckoned that he must have been involved – ‘Big guy, shaven head AND English’ Bang to Rights!

Held in jail until he appeared before a judge charged with a crime he says he did not commit, he and his co-charged had little idea of what was going on as they had to rely on a hairdresser friend of the judges wife, to translate for them. Gary was found guilty and sentenced to 2 years in jail or deportation. Naturally he chose the deportation, determined never to darken the doors of Portugal again. He returned to his home and the worried sick arms of his family. He hoped that that was the end of it. Unfortunately it was not to be so.

The British police applied to the courts for a banning order in an attempt to prevent him from traveling to any football matches anywhere in the world. In a typical knee jerk reaction, the then Labour Home Secretary David Blunkett, said that he was going to “nail him” (Mann) as he was so angry at the ‘lenient’ sentence. Heavy stuff for an ordinary guy who reckoned he was innocent.

In vindication of the ‘English’ justice system, Uxbridge magistrate’s court refused to grant the police application saying that there were ‘serious flaws’ in the Portuguese court case. A highly experienced and respected police officer who represented the British police in Portugal in 2004, called the trial a “farce”.

Enough you may think to clear name of Mr. Mann and certainly enough to put his and his family’s minds at rest that those dark days were behind them. Gary returned to his job as a Firefighter, where he was highly respected as a man who had saved many lives in the course of his duties and had indeed received an award from Margaret Thatcher herself for one particular incident where he saved to lives of 7 people but was burned himself in the process.

Over a year later, the Portuguese courts had a change of heart. They decided that Gary WOULD have to serve the full prison sentence! Consequently they issued a European Arrest Warrant: a fast track, no question asked extradition order designed (by David Blunkett) in 2002 to tackle terrorism cases. For over a year, Gary and his family fought tooth and nail against being forced back to Portugal. Over 30 court appearances, where the English courts continued to state that a travesty of justice had occurred in the original trial and even David Blunkett eventually admitted that he was wrong in what he said.

The fact has to be faced up to; English law is subservient to European law.

Regardless of what the English courts or English law said, the English Justice System had no choice, it was totally powerless to judge an Englishman on English soil. And despite that the English courts and even the British Home Secretary knew that the conviction was not only unsafe but wrong, just a few weeks ago Gary surrendered to the Portuguese authorities at Heathrow Airport. He is now languishing in a Portuguese prison, where his only hope is the annual pardon that the Portuguese government grant for about 30 prisoners in the lead up to Christmas.

For those of you who said that it will never happen here – think again, it already is happening AND it’s going to get much worse. English law and justice has been built by the blood of countless people and has evolved over hundreds of years only to be thrown away by a treacherous British government in favour of laws that make each and everyone of us slaves to a foreign power - The European Union.

Even Hitler couldn’t manage that!

Will the new British Con / Dem government ever wrench back our own laws from Brussels?

Will CaMORON ever allow the people of this country to decide our own destiny?

If you've got children - MUST read this.

Keyley is 10 today. Happy Birthday little one.

Matt & Vic took 5 year old Ryan to see his new school today as well.

Kirsty had a ‘Beaut’ holiday in the Maldives (or was it Camber?) with some beautiful pictures of her children, and Jo has picked up her ‘lil girl’ from her first school disco today and she’s kissed her first boy – oh wow, now it starts for you Jo!!

It makes my heart sing to read these stories and see the pictures as most of my ‘Friends’ on Facebook are young people with children or are planning to have at least one in the next 10 years or so. It fantastic to see all of these young faces, so happy and carefree. I have a lot in common with young people – I used to be one – a long time ago.

That’s my big problem. I was born a little over 25 years ago (in 1947 – yes the world is that old) and to be honest, sometimes when I look at Facebook I realise that I don’t even speak the same language! I mean what does this mean? I thought it must be in code until my 12 year old granddaughter translated for me.

How in Gods name do I communicate with the youngsters, how do I get my message across to them. Lets face it, I’m a boring old fart that hasn’t got anything that todays people are going to listen to? We’re not really so different you know. I can still remember when I felt invincible just like you guys do. 5 year old Ryans Dad is one one of my sons. Even my baby Dan has given me 3 beautiful little granddaughters and it for them that I am doing this.

I will be honest with you, I am worried sick about the future of my grandchildren. What sort of a life will I be leaving for them. I don’t matter. My end time is approaching but theirs is just beginning. It is their world, their country. My job now is to fight like hell with the time I have left to try and ensure that they have the same freedoms and opportunities that I had.

I am absolutely positive that each and every one of you young people hope that your children have a better chance at life than you did. That is only natural and I would ask you all to give serious thought to the following questions that are given to the parents mentioned above.

Louise, today is Kayleys 10th birthday. What sort of a country will she be living in on her 20th birthday? Will she have had a good enough education to set her on the path of life that you so rightly wish for her? Or will government cuts to the education system mean that she has been dumped by the system on the human scrapheap where only the wealthy and the elite can afford to buy a future for their children?

Matt, today you looked at Ryans new school. Will it still be standing in 15 years time; will it have been sold off to developers to make a killing? You may have needed to call upon the services of our dear NHS over those years. What will it be like? Nurses from overseas no longer have to have a basic understanding of English in our brave new NHS. Will you feel safe trusting the life of your wife or children to an uncaring organisation whose main concern is to make a profit?

Jo, relish the memory of that first disco because you may not have many more of them to pick you daughter up from. Loud western style modern music so beloved by our youngsters (don’t understand it myself – now the Beetles!!) is considered offensive by some of the ethnic minorities that have been encouraged to swarm into the country for the last 20 odd years. Already there are calls for Sharia law to be adopted in this country, indeed there are now more than 20 Sharia courts operating in England. Not sure what a Sharia Court is? It is simply a Court that enforces the law of Sharia which is the law of Islam.

What has that got to do with you? Most Western countries such as England, France, Holland even America are being absorbed into the Islamic Empire. The aim of Islam is to control the whole world and it will not rest until achieves that – or is stopped.

Sharia law places men as superior to women. Women do as they are told by their husbands – and not just the washing up. They are the chattels of men. They will provide sex when it is wanted. They may be beaten if their husbands consider it necessary. Should a woman be raped, she is the one who is punished. One favoured punishment is stoning the woman to death. Indeed, in Iran at the moment there is a woman currently under the death penalty for adultery. The preferred method in Iran for such an offence is for the woman to be stoned to death. Due to the uproar from the civilised western world, she will probably not be killed this way. She will be hung instead - for adultery?. But the man has not got away scot-free with this. He has been given a very strong telling off by the court and made to promise that he will not do it again!

Whilst we are in Iran, let us consider how the qu’ran deals with gays. The qu’ran says that the preferred method of dealing with gays is to throw them from a cliff. If no cliff is available, they may be burned. The preferred method in Iran is to hang the offender from the jib of a large crane by raising the jib up and strangling the victim – in public of course. Nice people aren’t they? Are any of your friends gay?


Maybe if it does get that bad, you may consider complaining or even demonstrating against it. Unfortunately by then it will be too late. By then this once free and proud country will be a ‘Police State’ much worse than either Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union. You don’t believe that either?

Already in England you can be arrested by a foreign police officer knocking at your door for an alleged offence you committed whilst on holiday, taken back to that country, tried and possibly imprisoned without any recourse to an English court. More and more of our civil liberties are being eroded by the British government, taking us all closer and closer to chaos and destruction.

What am I going to leave behind for my grandchildren? What am I going to leave behind for YOUR children?

I so desperately want Keyley and Ryan to have enjoyed the benefits of a first class education system so that they are well equipped to flower to their full potential and contribute to the success of this great nation.

I very much want to know that Jo will see her children have many, many more discos and birthdays and be able to afford those holidays in the Maldives (or even Camber). Indeed that the government will allow her to keep enough of her hard earned money to afford any sort of a holiday.

Matt, I need the comfort that should any of your family need the attention of our medical authorities; you can go into hospital confident that you will be receiving the best care that the world can offer. That you stand a damn good chance of coming home cured and better as opposed to coming home in a wooden box because you caught a killer disease because our hospitals are dirty and inefficient.

I desperately need to know that our Police Force is there to ‘serve’ the community and not to ‘control’ the community. I want to see the respect returned to the Police that we all used to have for them just a few years ago.

I need to know that I have done something to set the ball rolling in waking the English Lion. This is the first step. Please let me know what you think?

The Failed State of England.





This article has come via another Patriotic site. I have copied it word for word. It is very illuminating and gives us an insight as to how others view our country. It is well worth the read.

Rarely in our world have we had the opportunity to watch, first hand, as a major Western power came crumbling down on itself in such a spectacular fashion as we are about to see with the final collapse of the now empireless Britain. Only the eventual collapse of the USA will make for a greater show than what is about to transpire on...or rather just off, the European continent.
For England is a failed state in all manner of levels and realities, from a total lack of freedom in the pseudo Stalinist prison camp, to the collapse of the economy, society and military, a physical collapse linked as a Siamese twin to the spiritual or moral collapse. A Godless post Christian enterprise, morally corrupt, economically penniless and over run by the most vile and foul and blood thirsty of modern world savages.

The failure is now most visible in the financial sphere, overshadowing other just as vital areas. England is a print happy, debtor nation, who while lecturing the failed economies of Iceland and Greece is itself running a 12.6% deficit, as opposed to the equally unsupportable one of Greece, at 12.7%. Worse, England is running a 0% interest rate, ruining the retirement of millions of its pensioners, even as its medical system goes about the task of dispatching them off in drove, to the other world, in a "dignified" manner, of course. At present, on average, one in 8 stores has closed down, leaving many areas abandoned, and the rate is continuing to accelerate.
Furthermore, the Stalinist state of England has forcably nationalized all major banks on the island, while spiking taxes on everything. The final blows in this financial alchemy are the proposed VAT on food, which will bring back the old misery of the 1700s and a tax on garbage, through smart garbage cans, able to judge the weight of the trash and charge accordingly, that is after a general tax that already is supposed to pay for the garbage. The final nail will be the green laws destroying what is left of England's industry.

Control wise, the government of the proto-Stalinst Blair/Brown and their shills of a Tori "Menshavik" so called opposition, have installed twice as many cameras as people. Everything is cataloged and tracked, from personal movements, to transactions to drives on the autobahns. Informants are everywhere, neighbor snitching on neighbor, friend on friend, family on family. Now comes the news that the police state will even keep dossiers on children as young as five who use or exhibit "racist" or "intolerant" behavior. What police actions will follow from this tyranny is yet to be determined. Of course this is Stalinist in the extreme, very similar to what that mad bastard did during his various great purges. The only things that are missing are the camps...for now.

To boot, the Islamic mass migration, into what is now a Jihad exporter, the UK, has been staggering, and now word has come out that the ruling elites and their shills did this on purpose. Image, a national elite that on purpose has taken radical steps to in effect, exterminate the very society that allowed them to climb to the level that they are at. In most societies, there would be pitch forks and fire brands, but not in England...only mildly worded letters of protest from the general public, as the Islamics rape and murder at will and the all watching and all knowing police state never seems to know what is and when this is going on...but God forbid you light up in a bar and refuse to put it out, they will sent an entire riot squad to get you.

Or God forbid, you fight back. Vigilantism will not be tolerated, smacks to much of individualism and must be crushed. Thus the Islamics and the half feral yobs, who will one day be recruited by them, get to run wild and victimize the rest of the population. The London metro system, smaller than Moscow's and serving a city and surroundings of half the population of Moscow, had 33 murders in 2009, as opposed to Moscow's 10. And the English write about crime in Russia?
Hang a few dozen of your hooligan and jihadist scum from trees and lamps and they'll get the point rather quickly.

But this should be no surprise, when considering that the Church of England is itself post Christian and leading the lost and be-fumbled population down into Hell and damnation and most Englanders are more than happy to follow along and spit blissfully into the eyes of God...after all, their masters have convinced them that they are humanist man-gods themselves.
Meanwhile top bishops in the Church are pushing for gay marriages and are more busy defending the Islamics that seek to Shari the Christians into extinction than in leading their flocks to Christ. Is it any wonder that the Orthodox Church is growing quickly in the UK, while whole congregations have petitioned the Catholic Pope to join Rome/ The Devil definitely has a play ground in the Church of England.

Even the vaunted English National Healthcare System is broken and killing, both by design and my neglect, possibly hundreds of thousands of people a year. In 2008, 6,000 women gave birth in corridors, lifts and taxis, when lack of beds and doctors forced them away at the last minutes before birth. A new report, just out, but apparently in the hands of the elites for over half a year, shows that some 50,000 or more a year are dieing from direct neglect in the hospital systems, and this is even without the Satanic Pathway in effect. What is the Pathway? Why the Pathway to Dignified Death, where they take sick or sickly elderly and not so elderly, pump them full of morphine and allow them to starve and dehydrate to death. The evil of such as system and the fact that the English tolerate it and have not risen past indignation and strongly worded notes, shows one how befitting of total collapse English society is.

And where are the Royals? Where are the God chosen defenders of English faith, culture and law? Where are those, designated by God to rule and veto this insanity? Why drunk, drugged and debauched into a stupor, where else? Why rule when you can screw and drink your way through life, without a care or worry and the Devil take you, and he will, what happens to your own kingdom. A sorrier lot is hard to imagine.

So what will it take to finally bring the last of this rotting wreck of humanity down? Why the upcoming war with Argentina, over the Falklands, of course. England is stretched bare in Afghanistan, yelping like a good lapdog to the yanks, the very same yanks who are obviously siding with the financially broke and corrupt Latin Argentinians over the financially broke and corrupt Anglo English. There simply is no way that England can keep the Falklands and the oil wealth there and this loss may finally tumble the rot down, a shock that the system will not survive.

But to be honest, there is some hope, in small parties, steadily gaining ground, like the English Defense League. Labeled everything under the sun that rhymes with Nazi, just like Geert Wilders and his Freedom Party, these chaps have their work cut out for them and frankly they may be way to late.

The football may be over; well it is as far as the majority of England fans are concerned and whilst we still had a chance in the competition the country was awash with Red & White. Never before has there been such an outpouring of English pride on public display. For those of you, who are able, take a moment to cast your minds back to the heady days of the summer of ’66. The flags that were flying so proudly then, were Red, White & Blue, the flag of the union of England, Scotland, Wales & Ulster – the Union Jack or more correctly of course, the Union Flag.

Back then England had no national identity or pride in herself and the majority of English considered themselves to be British. Fast forward 44 years to 2010 and we see a totally different story. We see a country that despite more than two decades of propaganda from a whole array of British governments of different political hues, is beginning to awake. English people are beginning to realise that their country does have an identity, she does have a history and, thanks to the football, she does have pride.

Not many people, including England’s most ardent supporters, will disagree with the statement that the football was awful and that our National team have let our country down and humiliated us but, even when it was obvious that the team were heading for the showers early, followed by a quick flight home, the support from the English supporters STILL managed to drown out those dreadful, vuvuzela’s with their chorus’s of ‘God Save the Queen’ and ‘Rule Britannia’. Each and every supporter displaying a pride in their country, far beyond the requirements of supporting a football team.


Now that the team has put their tails between their legs and slunk home, is it surprising that the sea of Red & White has disappeared? No, but what is surprising is that, to a reduced extent admittedly, there are still so many flags displaying the Cross of St George still flying.

What does this tell us? It tells us that there is a pride in England that stretches beyond merely football and that ‘The Flag is for Life – Not Just Football’.

It is a pride that has almost been deliberately snuffed out over the last 20-30 years, by those treacherous British governments who have tried so hard for so many years to reduce a once proud nation, a nation that gave the Democratic Parliamentary system to the world and also of course, gave football to the world, to a NON -nation. The dear departed Gordon Brown is on record along with his former Home Secretary Jack Straw, in saying that “England, as a nation, no longer exists”.

It is a fact that every other nation in Europe has its own Parliament or Assembly. In the United Kingdom, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland all have there own parliament and are responsible for the running of their own affairs without interference from the British Government. Everybody but the English. Whereas the Scots, Welsh and Irish, as well as the Catalonians in Eastern Spain, run their own countries, we do not. We are left to be governed by the British Government, because, unlike everyone else, we do not have our own! Ask any Scott whether they would like to be governed by the English but make sure you step back a pace or two before the answer is delivered to you, probably most forcibly. And rightly so. Every Nation has the right to self determination – except England.

An English Parliament is the first priority of the English Democrats. A Parliament with at least the same powers that the Scottish Parliament rightly has today. That is only Right. It is ‘Just’ and it is ‘Fair’.

However, the Lion is stirring. The people of England are beginning to hear Drakes Drums beating and they are beating louder each day. Every English flag that you still see flying proudly is as a result of the actions of a patriot.


‘Pride’, ‘Patriot’, ‘England’. Three words that have almost disappeared from the ‘English’ language, certainly three words that you have not seen in the same sentence for a very long time.

Maybe football has been the catalyst that has brought about this awakening of ‘Englishness’, I don’t know. What I do know is that my flag will still be flying for a very, very long time and nobody will ever be able to force me to remove it from my car, my house or wherever I choose to fly it high. I also know that many other people will make the same decision.

The Flag is for Life – not JUST Football.

Time to tighten our belts?

Thirteen years of lies and treachery from Tony Blair and Gordon Brown have delivered us into the caring hands of Dave & Nick. We have moved from the Lib/Lab/Con Party to the Con/Dem Party. But that transition was not an easy or a smooth one. The people of England sent a strong message to the three main parties that they are not trusted to run the country. This message was heard by the politicians - and promptly ignored! The 7th of May saw the start of an unsightly period of ‘Horse Dealing’ and scrabbling to retain or obtain political power.

First of all we saw Gordon Brown and Nick Glegg deep in secret negotiation with each other, and it looked as if we would be faced with the unthinkable – another period of Prime Minister Brown. It then appeared, at almost the last minute, that Nick could obtain more power for himself if he sided with Dave, and consequently we now have a Government that is a mishmash of ideals and policies, ‘Sellotape’d together with the hope that it will help hold this government of ‘Unity’ together for more than a few months.

The biggest party in this coalition British government is of course the Conservative Party. Whereas the last government was headed by a ‘Mafia’ of Scots MPs who had no say in the running of their own country but perversely hold total sway over all matters relating to England, the Conservative party have no mandate whatsoever to govern Scotland, with only one Conservative MP north of the border. During the ‘Mafia’ days, it was ensured that as much wealth as possible was looted from the English taxpayer and passed over that border. Now, with a Tory lead administration, the loyalty of the Scots will be purchased by the passing of as much wealth as possible being looted from the English taxpayer and passed over that border!

The Prime Minister, the Tory one – not the Lib Dem one, has told us that, after having time to study the books, the situation is much, much worse than was first thought. That I can well imagine as it was clear to anyone who bothered to look deep enough into the shenanigans of the Labour government, that the primary intention was the destruction of the United Kingdom. We are told that the national debt is now £170 billion and that the interest will add another £70 billion in five years time. Dave went on to say that the remedy is going to hurt us all and that it will affect every person in the country. As I predicted long before the election,
my grandchildren will be lucky if this debt is paid off during their life times.

But need it really take that time to clear the debt? Need it hurt, quite so much? Need it hit our vulnerable quite so hard? Need it threaten so many jobs?

I believe that the solution is relatively harmless and much, much quicker than we are being promised right now. Of course, it is always in the interests of the ‘Ruling Elite’ to portray problems as complicated as possible to convince us ‘plebs’ that they are the only one’s who are capable of solving them. We, the common people, usually tend to touch our forelocks with deference and let them get on with it. After all, they know best – don’t they? Well, don’t they? I suggest not!

The government is looking to save money wherever it can. Jobs will go and benefits will be reduced, but the single biggest drain on the UK economy will not be touched. Surely, if we could find one expenditure that costs us over £45 million per day, that would be worth considering would it not? If we could find another way of saving England another £20 billion a year, should we not give that some passing thought?

It is a fact that the costs of belonging to the European Community (EU) are £118 Billion per year. The English Democrats are calling for a referendum to be held, to determine the wishes of the people as to whether we should withdraw from the EU. Of course, Premier Dave has promised referendum on various treaties relating to the EU – but then simply reneged on that promise. He lied then, so don’t hold your breath now, but of course, do tighten your belt because it is going to hurt. Over the last twenty years you, the English taxpayer, has paid over £200 Billion to Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland under a device called ‘The Barnett Formula’. Neither the Conservatives, Lib Dems or Labour, have any plans to cancel this arrangement which sees much, more per head being spent in those three countries than is spent on the
people who pay the money.

Stopping just these two payments alone would see our National Debt wiped out in just a few years, with no pain, except to a few overpaid and unrepresentative bureaucrats. There are of course other areas where it is possible to save vast amounts of money but I will mention just these two for now to illustrate how simple this ‘huge’ problem is to resolve.

For those of you who put your faith in Dave & Nick at the election, please don’t expect any miracles from them will you? Do however expect a lot of worry and a full scale attack on your pockets. For those of you who still put your ‘X’ against your Labour candidate, despite all of the signs – pop along and see your doctor whilst it is still free!

KEEP YOUR FLAG FLYING

There have been many, many rumours circulating recently that English people have been ordered by their Local Authority or Police, to remove or take down the Cross of St George.

Indeed, the Daily Mail carried a story about a young child being ordered off of a bus by a Polish driver because he was (the driver) offended by the England football shirt that the youngster was wearing. That report proved to be totally unfounded but unfortunately is typical of the poor quality of journalism we have come to expect from the Mail.

I want to state categorically here and now, that unless a flag is being displayed in such a way that it may cause a danger to other persons, you are legally entitled to display your flag, and that includes 'car flags'.

339 Thank You's

I would like to say “Thank You” to the 339 people in Hastings & Rye, who voted for the English Democrats last Thursday. This result is really encouraging as just a few weeks previous; the name of the English Democrats was largely unknown in Sussex, let alone in 1066 Country. Now we have a base of over 300 ‘Patriots’ in 1066 Country alone, with whom we can work to build on and spread the word even further, in readiness for the next election.

I suspect, along with more experienced pundits, that the next election will not be too far away. The reason that we currently have a ‘Hung Parliament’ (and many say they should be) is because the people have lost all faith, confidence and trust in a Parliamentary system that is still as corrupt and rotten today, as it was last week. Not one major political party has emerged with any honour from this contest, indeed the current scrabbling about in the ‘muck’ in the bottom of the cage, simply makes a mockery of the word ‘Democracy’. Don’t you find it amazing that the word ‘Referendum’ is being bandied about so freely again? Did anybody notice the look of pain on Gordon's face as he said the 'R' word in his bid to cling to power for just a few more weeks?

I don't know about you, but there is something distinctly unsavoury about these 'shenanigans'. I take no pleasure in saying I told you so – but I did!

The time to build on our figures from last Thursday is now. The next target of the English Democrats is to be able to contest every Local, County and Parliamentary election, ensuring that we are not a MINOR party in the eyes of the media for long. The English Democrats are here for the long haul.
